GTIIT admission requirements for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan JEE applicants 2019

Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is accepting students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in 2019.

1. Eligibility to apply

1)    Completed high school (equivalent to Grade 6 in secondary school).

2)    Applicants from Hong Kong and Macau must hold a Hong Kong or Macau residential ID and "The Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents". Applicants from Taiwan must hold a Taiwan residential ID and "The Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents".

3)    The documents held by the applicants must be valid.

2. Application method and admission principle

1)    Application method

Applicants can log in to the Joint Admissions Office website (website: http://eea.gd.gov.cn/) for exam registration according to the time line, location and registration methods set by the Joint Admissions Office. Applicants can also check the exam results and university acceptance on this website.

2)     Admission principles

For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan JEE applicants applying to GTIIT, they must have met the national admission requirements for undergraduate tier universities and with good health condition. GTIIT will make offers based on the applicants' exam results, their application preferences, in line with the intake plan and the admission principles.

3. Programs available

BSc in Chemical Engineering

BSc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering

BSc in Materials Science Engineering

4. Intake plan

Maximum 10 students will be accepted in 2019

5. Graduation degrees

Students qualified to graduate will be awarded a bachelor's degree of Technion, a bachelor's degree of GTIIT and a diploma of GTIIT.

6. Fees

Tuition fee: ￥95,000 RMB

Accommodation fee: ￥1,200 RMB
