Academic Staff > Academic Staff > Amit Shlomo
Amit Shlomo holds a B.Sc. in physics, a master's degree in educational physics, and a physics teaching certificate, all gained at the Technion.
Since 2009, Amit has been teaching and developing curriculums in physics & math courses for secondary and post-secondary organizations, including, among others, at the Technion and at Schwartz/Reisman Science Education Center (located in Weizmann Institute of Science).
Currently, Amit is a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion, under the guidance of Dr. Rinat Rosenberg-Kima. His research focuses on higher education learning models. His study examines students' learning preferences from the lens of their motivation (self-determination theory) and learning behavior (self-regulated learning).
In his spare time, Amit likes to go out and hike in the nature.
