I hold a Master of Science in Food Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
The two year postgraduate research degree focused on novel processing for the combined homogenisation and pasteurisation of milk by UHPH (ultra high pressure homogenisation).
I have previously worked as a food and QA technologist with Tnuva Co-operative Group Limited, Israel’s leading dairy company. Prior to Tnuva, I did my internship at the Department of Dairy Technology at Technical University Munich (TUM).
During my studies I have gained extensive experience in practical and analytical techniques in each of the following streams in biotechnology and food engineering: organic & food chemistry, nutrition, biochemistry of proteins, mass and heat transfer, food packaging and food safety. I have also gained strong lab experience in food analysis and food microbiology.
