Avraham Shnizer holds a M.Sc in Evolutionary and Environmental Biology from the University of Haifa, Israel. He specializes in biochemistry and microbiology. His thesis research was about yeast fermentation and resilience. He took part in the development of a method for quantifying ethanol using gas chromatography and taught as a teaching assistant in the Biotechnology course of the B.Sc program in the University of Haifa. After his graduation, he continued to work as a laboratory assistant working on fermentation related experiments and was the teaching assistant in the Microbiology course at the University of Haifa. In addition to his academic degree, Mr. Shnizer is a certified English Language Teacher and has been teaching school level natural sciences, mathematics and English to kids.
