We are looking for a project assistant to help with managing research projects and research groups.

Duties and Responsibilities????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

● Research Project Support

Prepare and maintain project-related documentation (reports, proposals, records).

Assist in organizing academic events (conferences, seminars, meetings) and external visits.

● Department Coordination

Manage schedules, meetings, and internal/external communications.

Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Job Specifications????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Required qualification:?Bachelor’s degree or higher. Candidates with a master’s degree and/or science and engineering backgrounds will be a plus.

Required work experience: preferably in an educational institution or international company setting.

Proficient in English and Chinese.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate an?collaborate?effectively.

Strong time management skills.

Willing to learn, open to systematic training.?
