Duties and Responsibilities??????????

1.??Coordinate teaching arrangements for study departments/programs in accordance with essential rules and relevant guidelines for scheduling classes and exams.

2.???Assist with student course enrolments and changes.

3.????Support undergraduate data maintenance in the SLcM system and the Ministry of Education platforms, including teacher data collection, teaching data input and updates, and system verification.

4.? ?Coordinate exchange programs, including those with Technion and other outgoing universities.

5.???Assist with the planning and execution of the events/ceremonies initiated by the Undergraduate Studies Office.

6.???Complete other tasks assigned by superior.?

Required Job Specifications??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

·?Required qualification: Master degree?from an internationally reputable university

·?Required experience:?preferably relevant administration experience.

·?Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English;?

·?Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel;?
