Finance Assistant（FIN-2024036）

Duties?a and Responsibilities????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

1.?Assist in managing financial transactions, including invoicing and expense processing.

2.?Maintain accurate financial records and support budget preparation and monitoring.

3.?Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

4.?Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders regarding financial queries.

5.?Contribute to financial reporting and analysis to support departmental objectives.

6.?Assist in preparing financial reports on a regular basis;

7.?Help oversee and manage the operation of GTIIT Education foundation;

8.?Maintain financial archives;

9.?Assist on other financial matters when necessary

Required Job Specifications????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

1.?Education: Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting and/or finance from an internationally recognized university

2.?Work Experience: 2 year or above working experiences, with higher education institutions will be an advantage ????????????

3.?Language Ability: Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written), CET 6 or equivalents
