Position Description:

We are building a research laboratory in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. The research team members are conducting cutting-edge research on nanomaterials under the guidance of Prof. Cheng ZHU. We are recruiting a full-time Lab Manager to take care of this laboratory and participate in the research.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·? Conduct research on bioanalysis/catalysis/sensors

·??Assist in guiding graduate and undergraduate students in their research

·?Write and assist in writing technical reports and papers

·??Assist to write research proposals and project applications

·??Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

Required Job Specifications:

·?Have research experience in nanomaterials, biomimetic materials, catalysis, nanosensors, etc., and have published academic papers in SCI journals in related fields

·?Have the willingness and ability to engage in scientific research independently, and have a team spirit and sense of responsibility

·?Have good communication skills and English communication and writing skills

·??Background in chemistry, materials science or biology-related majors.

·??Priority will be given to those who have obtained a doctorate degree

·??Language ability: English?(Fluent)

·??Knowledge and experience in catalysis, nanomaterials, biomimetic materials, bioanalysis or simulations.
