Position Description ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

·?Cooperate with and assist the import and export companies designated by GTIIT to handle the customs declaration and clearance of imported equipment at Shantou Customs.

配合并协助学校对接的进出口公司在汕头海关办理进口设备的报关清关业务；

·?Based on the documents and information provided by the equipment manufacturers, working together with the manufacturers and import and export agency companies, compile tax exemption application reports for imported equipment, customs declaration and clearance files, annual reports and other relevant documents that need to be submitted to the customs and other government departments.

根据设备厂家提供的材料与厂家、进出口代理公司一起编撰设备进口免税申请报告、设备报关清关材料、年度报告等有关文件提交海关等政府单位；

·?Cooperate with and assist GTIIT in handling other matters related to the import of equipment and instruments.

配合并协助学校处理与设备仪器进口有关的其他事宜。

Average working hours each month:?about?60?hours.

Required Job Specifications ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

·?Required qualification: bachelor degree or?above?

要求学历:本科或以上学历

·?Required experience: at least two years or more in similar capacity

相关工作经验:至少两年以上

Required Job Competencies ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

·?Familiar with the customs declaration and clearance business and procedures for imported equipment and instruments;

熟悉进口设备仪器的报关清关业务及流程；

·?Familiar with the country's import tax policies to support research and technological innovation in universities;

熟悉国家支持高校科研和技术创新的进口税收政策；

·?able to understand the purpose, function and general working principles of scientific research instruments and equipment by reading equipment documents;

能通过阅读设备文献资料，了解科研仪器设备的用途、功能及一般工作原理

·?Strong communication skills and written organization ability.

具有较强的沟通能力和文字组织能力。
