Prof. Tan has worked in the US for 25 years and managed multiple research projects. As the deputy head of MSE, he is leading multiple young creative scientists and professors with international vision to work on government and industrial projects. The Tan group owns world-class research equipment and environment and practice the multi-disciplinary collaboration investigating energy storage materials, energy conversion technologies, dielectric polymer films and ceramic processing for capacitors and microwave communication. Duties and Responsibilities????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

• Study Dielectric polymers, nanocomposite films, piezoceramic and microwave ceramics, operates experiments independently or in collaboration with other researchers (such as graduate students)

• Continuous maintain and adjust laboratory equipment

• MSc in relevant disciplines, no limitation on major
