Guangdong Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is a state-of-the-art research university (http://www.gtiit.edu.cn/en) ?located in Shantou, China.

The university is currently looking for a full-time NMR lab manager to support the research in GTIIT. Excellent salary and employment conditions will be provided to the selected candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities?????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????

The key roles of this position include:

- Design, build and develop a new NMR facility.

- Operate and maintain the NMR equipment.

- Establish training programs in basic and advanced NMR techniques for undergraduate students, graduate students and postdocs.

- Provide NMR services and support to research groups, teaching labs, multidisciplinary research programs and industry.

Required Job Specifications??????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????

- Ph.D. in relevant program (NMR, organic chemistry, biophysics, or physical organic chemistry).

- Solid background in NMR spectroscopy (mandatory).

- Experience and knowhow in NMR technologies (mandatory).

- Post doctoral studies in fields closely related to magnetic resonance (an advantage).

- Proven skills in modern NMR techniques (multidimensional, heteronuclear, VT NMR, diffusion, solid-state and alike).

- Service oriented personality.

- Fluent in English.
