Duties and Responsibilities???????????

·???????Responsible for end-to-end recruitment management for administrative staff (including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding), expand recruitment and talent acquisition channels, enhance the institution's appeal to talents, and ensure recruitment processes are standardized and efficient.

·???????? Assist in optimizing various HR processes and policies to improve work efficiency.

·???????? Update and maintain employee information and data in the system, ensure data accuracy, and properly complete the filing of relevant documents to ensure compliance and traceability.

·???????? Assist in handling employee relations matters and participate in the mediation of labor disputes.

·???????? Assist in organizing training programs for administrative staff and newly hired faculty/staff, and standardize new employee orientation content.

·???????? Participate in compensation surveys, optimize talent acquisition plans, and support the institution's overall development goals.

·???????? Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Job Competencies??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

·???????? Bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years of HR experience. Fluent in English. Background in higher education institutions or multinational companies is preferred.

·???????? Familiar with digital HR tools and processes. Experience in driving HR informatization/digital transformation is preferred.

·???????? Familiar with labor laws and regulations, employee employment policies, and employment risk management.

·???????? Strong communication and coordination skills, with cross-cultural awareness.

·???????? Possess an open learning mindset and a sense of innovation, be able to proactively embrace change, and have the ability to drive or implement HR-related projects from 0 to 1.
