The Technion-Israel Institute of Technology is responsible for the academic management of this new university established in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, China http://www.gtiit.edu.cn/en. GTIIT follows the academic model of the campus in Haifa, Israel, dedicated to science and technology research and education. The language of instruction is English.

Tenure-track faculty positions for exceptional candidates are now available in the fields of condensed matter physics, atomic, molecular, and optical physics, plasma physics, cosmology, and astrophysics.
