 Pandemic Meditative Movement™ Certificate Training

Are you looking for easy and effective self-care practices? Now, more than ever the Meditative Movement technique can be an essential part of caring for yourself. Your well-being depends on meeting your own mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs daily.

Picture of Natalie LuWhen your needs are met, those you serve benefit too. Having an abundance of positive energy, you give your nursing, doctor, caregiving skillset with hope, compassion, and love. You can also share the movements with your patients and co-workers so they can experience their healing powers.

Natalie Lu, a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing/Health Care Education who currently practices as a Quality and Patient Safety Coach, following my clinical practice years in pediatric acute care and family birth. Meditative Movements have been a central focus of my self-care in moments of restoration outside of work and in practice. The movements are designed to center ourselves, to energize, and to release thoughts and emotions that prevent us from delivering the care we are capable of giving to ourselves and to the patients we serve. You have everything you need to practice the movements in your own mind, body, breath, and being, and they are portable enough to weave into ways you move your body throughout the course of a day.

Natalie has her Teaching Certificate and is available to teach Meditative Movements individually or in a group class. Email her at:

We want to support you. Our Meditative Movement certificate training has been altered to accommodate the pandemic restrictions. Here is how it works:

1. You participate in a one hour online Zoom training.
2. You learn three Meditative Movements to get you started.
3. You practice the movements on your own time. Other trainees have reported approximately 30 minutes per movement to master the technique.
4. You test out online on a day/time that is convenient for you.
5. Upon successful demonstration of technique, you receive your certificate and a 1.5 Certificate of Attendance letter.

Best yet the cost for essential workers is $29 and non-essential workers is $99. This is a reduced cost from $225 for a 3.5 CEU and ten Meditative Movements.
